We are Hiring Business Development Manager - Automotive Industry
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our presence within the automotive industry. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity within the automotive industry.
• Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Prospect and qualify potential clients, including OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Tier 1 suppliers, and other relevant players in the automotive market.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our company's products or services.
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms for Company.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, sales, marketing) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development activities and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, its key players, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
